Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and not tampered with
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ancientextracts.com. When your return is accepted, you will need to return the product to the address provided within 14 days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for opened products unless there is a fault or the product was damaged in transit - in which case we will be happy to replace your item free of charge.
Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake, we are happy to give an exchange as long as the product has not been opened.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Payments can take up to 5 days to show in your account dependant on which bank you are with.
