I’ve been taking their tremella & matcha for around a month. The skin on my face is looking plumper and more hydrated, and I’ve noticed an improvement in some adhd symptoms , particularly focus. I’ll be adding in the lions mane and shilajit next, hoping for greater symptom relief with these two

Never thought I'd try mushroom coffee…
Never thought I'd try mushroom coffee but I'm glad I did. Must admit I have a few cups a day which stops me having alot of caffeine with the amount of regular coffee I was drinking. No more jitters or headaches and with night time ritual drink I find going to sleep alot easier.
