Ingredients

100% Roasted Green Tea Powder (Hojicha) (Camellia sinensis).

What Is Hojicha Powder?

Hojicha is a Japanese green tea that is roasted before being finely milled into powder. The roasting gives it a warm brown colour and a smooth, toasted flavour with gentle nutty notes.

It is less grassy than matcha and can be whisked with water or milk for hot and iced drinks.

Caffeine and Storage

Hojicha naturally contains caffeine. The amount depends on the serving size and how the drink is prepared.

Keep the container tightly sealed and store it in a cool, dry place away from heat, light and moisture. Always use a dry spoon and close the container after each use.

A Rich, Roasted Green Tea Ritual

Made from roasted Japanese green tea leaves, this finely milled hojicha powder has a smooth, mellow flavour with warm toasted and nutty notes. Whisk it with water or milk for hot hojicha, creamy lattes and iced drinks.
